- Can you share a glimpse of your early journey and what inspired you to launch Happy Life Academy®?
From a very young age, I felt a deep calling to understand the human mind and spirit. My journey began with my own search for meaning, resilience, and transformation after facing life’s adversities. What inspired me to launch Happy Life Academy® was the vision to empower people with proven tools in psychology, coaching, and holistic education so they can rewrite their lives, break free from limitations, and create extraordinary futures.
- As you brought to life every step of Happy Life Academy®, what were the biggest challenges you faced as a female entrepreneur turning a company focused on personal development into a global institution?
One of the greatest challenges was breaking through stereotypes – proving that coaching and personal development are not just “soft skills” but vital assets for leadership, business growth, and personal success. Another challenge was building international recognition from Bulgaria and scaling globally. But each challenge became fuel: I turned every obstacle into a stepping stone, and today Happy Life Academy® is a globally accredited institution with thousands of graduates.
- What personal experiences shaped your vision of empowering individuals through knowledge, growth, and leadership?
I have witnessed how unresolved inner conflicts destroy health, relationships, and careers. I lost close people to illness, saw how families broke under unspoken pain, and I knew there had to be a better way. My vision was born from this: to create an academy where people don’t just learn – they heal, grow, and rise as leaders of their own lives.
- As a business leader, how do you blend the role of an influencer in your career and life?
I see influence as responsibility. Being an influencer is not about popularity; it is about impact. Every word, every book, every program must empower people to live with integrity, abundance, and courage. My life and career are a reflection of the same values – I don’t just teach transformation; I live it daily.

I actively support women in education, mentorship, and access to global stages. Through our MBA programs, VIP clubs, and retreats, women receive both the knowledge and the community to rise. I believe empowerment is not given – it’s built, and my mission is to create the environments where women can build it.
- If you could empower every person in the world with only one key insight or skill, what would it be?
The power to rewrite their inner story. Once a person learns how to reprogram limiting beliefs into empowering ones, their entire reality shifts – health, love, success, abundance.
- What will be your expansion plans for 2025 and beyond, and how will you maintain your empowerment focus as you grow?
In 2025 and beyond, our focus is on:
- Expanding our MBA programs internationally.
- Developing Happy Life TV and our global educational platform.
- Establishing the “1 Million Awakened Leaders” Foundation as a worldwide initiative.
Strengthening our presence in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East with retreats, live events, and strategic partnerships.
Our growth will be based on integrity, innovation, and community. Every expansion step will include both high-level education and accessible initiatives for millions worldwide. We will stay true to our focus: empowering people not just to dream, but to live their best lives with courage and confidence.
- What would you like to share that expresses why you’re the most empowering businesswoman everyone should follow in 2025?
Because I am not just building a business, I am building a legacy. My life’s work is a movement of awakening, transformation, and leadership. I stand as living proof that no matter where you start, you can rise to global influence, create a brand recognized worldwide, and empower others to do the same.
